SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship our products from Italy.
PRODUCT CATEGORIES AND SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Our products are divided into two categories, which are subject to different shipping restrictions:
Lighting products
Due to regulatory and certification requirements, lighting products are shipped exclusively within the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Non-electrical products
Non-electrical products are shipped internationally.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain destinations depending on the nature of the product, local regulations, or logistical constraints.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DISPATCH TIMES
In-stock products
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order or customized products
Production and dispatch times vary depending on the product and specifications and may range from 2 to 10 weeks. Estimated timelines are indicated on the product page and confirmed by email after the order is placed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, destination, and nature of the products and are calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER DISPATCH)
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method. Any indicative delivery timeframe shown at checkout or in order confirmation emails is provided for guidance only.
DELIVERY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct, as we are unable to reroute shipments once dispatched.
All shipments are fully trackable and may require a signature upon delivery.
If delivery is made to a third party (for example, a gift recipient), their signature will be considered valid proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility.
Once tracking information has been provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment.
If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply for re-dispatch.
DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays, failures to deliver, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, logistical disruptions, system failures, natural events, or accidents.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
For deliveries outside the European Union, customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for verifying that the ordered products can be legally imported and used in their country.
NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you do not receive your order within 15 days from the dispatch date (which may be an estimated date), please contact us in writing at info@alicerosignoli.com within 20 days from the order date so that we may assist you.
